Those who need stress relief and helpful breathing tools. It’s been a while since I’ve been in your classes but you teach for all ages and levels of practice, beginner to advanced. The 75 minute classes you do were even beginner friendly while being more elaborate and in depth than the normal 60 minute class. Man I miss your classes !!!

Been to 100’s of practices and what makes yours stand out is the Ayurvedic knowledge. The initial and extra breath work sets the pace. It flows so beautifully and reminds me of my early early practice with White Lotus with Ganga and Tracy White. What I’m trying to say is your class is so perfect. Miss so muchO‼️♥️especially now.
