Helps Quiet the Mind
Meditation is a journey from the external world to the internal world. It relaxes the mind, body, spirit, and reconnects us to our "essential Self". The meditation is guided (Yoga Nidra) as well as partially guided (Primordial Sound Meditation).
Getting to Know You
Ayurveda is an ancient life science that has been around for over 5000 years (B.C. 2000). Its unique healing focuses strictly on the individual, cause of the imbalance or dis-ease, and you begin to develop a relationship with nature.
This is a one on one consult which includes some questionnaires for you to complete prior to the appointment. I will review all the documentation, and we can discuss a plan forward for your holistic healing journey.

Reiki is a form of energy healing. It evolved in Japan during the late 1800's. Reiki transfers universal energy from the practitioner's palms to their client in a relaxed and restorative way. Reiki is performed while the hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body. Reiki can also be done “long-distance” as a form of prayer.
