Let me guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Nidra healing meditation journey. This form of guided meditation is done while lying on your back (savasana) and systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, & nature imagery. There is nothing for you to do except lie still, be comfortable, and just listen.
