About the Event
Michelle will guide you through a 30-minute gentle asanas sequence immediately followed by a 40-minute Devine Sleep ® Yoga Nidra meditation. Our journey will focus on your heart’s longing.
This form of guided meditation is done while lying on your back (savasana) and systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, & nature imagery. This is true meditation. There is nothing to do but “notice” – feeling supported and empowered just as you are. Please bring your mat, blanket, bolster or pillow to place under your knees, and an eye pillow (optional). Mats and some bolsters will be available.
