Service Description

Garshana: Dry lymphatic skin brushing with silk gloves to improve circulation and cleans the skin so that subsequent oil treatments (abyangha) can penetrate deeply into pores of the skin. Abyangha: Therapeutic movement of the lymphatic system, done with large amounts of herbal oil specifically chosen to balance your dosha. Aids in moving stagnant lymph. Svedhana (Sweat/Steam Therapy ) helps dislodge and liquefy the toxins and improve digestion. Shirodhara: (shown) A gentle stream of warm medicated oils over forehead. Useful in Anxiety, Depression & Lack of Sleep.
